Royal Frenchies was founded in 2020 by Grace Dragseth-Delp with a mission to revolutionize the world of dog breeding. Grace’s vision was to create a small, local business dedicated to raising only the highest-quality puppies and ensuring they go to the very best homes, where they will receive exceptional care.
At Royal Frenchies, health and quality are the cornerstones of our breeding program—values that we deeply believe in and prioritize. The idea for Royal Frenchies came from Grace’s desire to build a close-knit, "royal" family, committed to sharing exceptional quality puppies with the world. Grace’s interest in animal science and genetics was cultivated during her studies at North Dakota State University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agricultural Education. Her academic background in animal sciences was a key factor in her decision to establish her own breeding program, as she believes that proper education is vital to maintaining a successful and ethical breeding operation—an approach that is often overlooked by other breeders. In addition to her breeding business, Grace serves as an instructor, teaching animal science courses to high school students in her community. Through her teaching, she aims to inspire and educate the next generation of animal science professionals, furthering her commitment to promoting responsible animal care and breeding practices.
